Scott Kirby has over 20 years of experience in client engagement and business leadership, consistently driving growth and innovation for organizations. Scott has worked with a range of entrepreneurial ventures, Fortune 500 companies, and consulting firms, with expertise in lead generation, digital transformation, and operational management. He has held leadership roles at Softensity, The Belize Project, Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, and Wilkins Media, where he has built successful outreach programs, transformed organizations, and launched new business ventures.

At Softensity, Scott led the company’s most successful outreach program, as well as spearheading innovative sales channels. His work at The Belize Project transformed a small rehab center into a nationally accredited recovery center, creating sustainable growth by launching its first profit center, a Tilapia fishery. In his role at Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, Scott played a key role in the company’s early startup phase, developing processes and mentoring new employees while managing national brand accounts. As the Founder and Managing Partner of GOOSE it FORWARD, he launched a social media buying and rewards platform, executing digital campaigns for major enterprise brands. Scott’s expertise extends into client services, where he managed Fortune 500 accounts, identified major national opportunities, and launched Wilkins Media’s place-based digital media division, n2 Digital. His leadership at Time Warner/Turner Entertainment saw him negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and managing teams on the launch of Turner’s first digital comedy network.

Scott brings his vast experience to driving results and creating innovative solutions for clients. In his personal time, Scott enjoys friends, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.
