How long has your Softensity journey been and what is your current role?

I’ve been at Softensity for two years. I currently work as a Resource Coordinator, along with handling other tasks related to Employee Relations. As a Resource Coordinator, I’m the bridge connecting sales, business development, and our recruitment team. Once a sale is closed, we build the necessary teams based on the client’s needs to drive success.

We´re also the point of contact with the greatest interaction with clients, developing relationships of trust and ensuring their needs are met while also supporting our team members. In this way, we ensure that the needs of both the client and our resources are covered, and everyone has a point of communication.

What makes Softensity unique and what do you enjoy most about working here?

The open communication, professional growth opportunities, and the emphasis on work-life balance make Softensity a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

What’s your experience working on an international team?

Working with an international team has been incredibly fulfilling for me. It has allowed me to work alongside professionals from a wide range of cultural contexts and regions. Through this experience, I’ve learned the value of clear communication, adaptability, and appreciating diverse perspectives to reach shared objectives. I’ve also enjoyed learning from different work methods and strategies, which have contributed to my personal and professional growth.

Since human connection is important, how does Softensity foster relationships among colleagues, especially when working remotely?

In addition to the resources tasks, I also handle employee relations, which I really enjoy. Softensity stands out for its strong team collaboration, and we have diverse initiatives to foster communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, which are all part of our culture. What I enjoy most about working here is the opportunity to interact with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. I love the challenge of fostering a sense of unity and teamwork despite physical distances, different countries, and languages. Additionally, I find great satisfaction in working on engagement initiatives and appreciation efforts for relevant dates, which help to build a positive and cohesive work environment.

What does a normal day in your life look like as an HR Resource Coordinator?

A typical day as an HR Coordinator involves a mix of tasks and varies from day to day. It includes meetings with the Account Manager, client meetings, and 1:1 calls with our consultants as part of our internal processes. Throughout the day, I manage resource allocation, support employees with HR-related questions, and handle administrative tasks such as updating records and preparing documents. I also coordinate recruiting activities with our partners, organize training sessions, and attend meetings with the HR team and other departments. My role is dynamic, balancing immediate needs with long-term projects to support the Sales/HR department effectively.
